Service Users: Children and Young People / Therapeutic Home
Qualifications Required: Non-Specific however a Level 3 in Residential Childcare is desirable
Experience in Years: Experience preferred but not required

Driving Licence Require: Yes Full UK

What will I do as a Senior Residential Support Worker
In this pivotal role you will utilize your life skills to make a significant difference in the lives of children and young people. You will work with a diverse range of individuals some of whom may require high levels of supervision and support. As a leader within the team you will ensure the welfare and care of each child providing guidance and support to residential workers. Responsibilities include staff supervision leading shifts ensuring compliance with placement plans policies procedures and risk assessments as well as supporting education initiatives and creating positive relationships with the children while safeguarding their wellbeing at all times.
