Job Summary
Restaurant Supervisors oversee all restaurant operations to ensure that restaurants run smoothly. They train and supervise restaurant staff ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations and resolve customer complaints.
- Checking in on banquet customers and teams to enquire about food quality and service.
- Ensuring room set ups are completed and accurate in timely manner
- Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other banquet essentials are adequately stocked.
- Involved in Screening interviewing hiring and training banquet staff.
- Managing banquet t staffs work schedules.
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
