Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage system architecture and technical requirements for thermal imaging products.
- Perform system-level analyses and develop performance budgets (NETD MTF latency throughput).
- Collaborate with product management and technical leads to align product roadmaps and engineering strategies.
- Develop and execute validation and verification plans for reliability performance and compliance.
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for system-level issues across development phases.
- Lead design reviews ensuring requirements traceability and risk mitigation.
- Partner with manufacturing quality and test teams to ensure smooth transition to production.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in systems engineering processes.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong foundation in imaging sensor and system design.
- Proficiency in MATLAB Python or similar tools for modeling and analysis.
- Experience with optical alignment calibration and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with AI-enhanced imaging intelligent edge processing or semiconductor fabrication preferred.
- Excellent communication documentation and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Physics or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in embedded systems or sensor-based product development.
