About this role: This role has primary responsibility for providing: ongoing oversight and seeking improvement to the meter to cash process and operational understanding of the third-party billing and credit services; ongoing administrative support to the Metered Standpipe Program; and supporting the management of Apparent Loss component of Water Loss Reporting.

What Were Looking For: Icon Water is looking for a full time permanent Revenue Assurance -depth billing process knowledge and/or experience within utility or other like industries is highly desirable.

Who we are looking for: Icon Water is looking for a person with a deep level of knowledge in the utility meter to cash revenue chain or who holds the ability to quickly adapt previous experience to the utility industry. This person will be required to use data to identify gaps in process and then work to rectify these gaps at an individual and holistic level. This person must have the ability to liaise collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders to implement solutions and create reporting metrics to monitor success. This person will work autonomously within a small team so must be self-driven have the ability to proactively create and enact a revenue assurance plan have strong report writing abilities and hold a demonstrable skill in negotiation and collaboration for win win outcomes.
