As an IM&S Spot Buyer you will help ensure the execution of procurement strategies. Reporting to the IM&S Spot Buy Manager you will take ownership of spot sourcing activities for Indirect Materials & Services (IM&S) supporting partners and ensuring business continuity.

This is a temporary position for 9 months. You will have a hybrid working model (4 days at home and 1 day at the office) based at our office located in Martinez.

Main responsibilities

• Implement sourcing strategies with Category Managers and Local Buyers.
• Manage sourcing data supplier quotations and price negotiations for Catalogs and CAPEX projects.
• Create/update Purchase Orders for indirect materials and services within the Spot Buy threshold.
• Build relationships within the Indirect Material & Services team and with company partners across the region.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or advanced student in Engineering Supply Chain Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement working with related roles.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or other procurement systems.
• Advanced level of English (oral and written) and preferably Portuguese
