Job Summary
David Weekley Homes is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Summer 2026 Design Consultant intern to join our team in Raleigh North Carolina.
Responsibilities:
- Learn the process of supporting buyers through the design process
- Become familiar with the new home buying process as it pertains to buyers making selections for their new home
- Candidate will observe design appointments with buyers and assist with supporting documentation
- Observe conflict resolution and creating customer delight.
- Support designers with computer entry of selections and documents
- Support in maintenance of Design Center Inventory

- Must have housing available in the greater Raleigh NC area for the duration of the internship
- Must be currently enrolled in a college program with an interest in starting a career in Residential Construction/Homebuilding
