YOUR MISSION

As a Brand Ads Analyst at Glovo you will be an integral part of the Brand Ads team a cross-functional division focused on helping brands increase awareness consideration conversion and loyalty through Glovos advertising ecosystem.

Your mission is twofold:

  1. Deliver ads campaigns that effectively boost partner brands sales by leveraging Glovos growing user base.

  2. Drive incremental profit for Glovo through insightful data analysis and optimization of our advertising products.

You will play a key role in campaign performance analysis data storytelling and business insight generation ensuring that Glovo becomes the preferred advertising partner for FMCG brands.

THE JOURNEY

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of ad campaigns to assess their impact on partner brands and Glovos overall business results.
  • Conduct before and after campaign analyses to evaluate ROI and sales impact.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track campaign KPIs and identify growth opportunities.
  • Support the commercial team with actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and improve sales outcomes.
  • Ensure high data quality and consistency across all internal reporting systems.
  • Create success stories and best-practice summaries for key partner campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

Skills & Knowledge

  • 12 years of experience in Marketing Sales or Analytics within a media agency FMCG company or e-commerce business.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (Looker knowledge is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Creatio Salesforce or Bitrix24).
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics funnel KPIs and campaign performance evaluation.
  • Ability to transform data into clear actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Organized detail-oriented and proactive in solving complex business problems.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced high-growth environment with shifting priorities.

  • Curious data-driven and motivated by measurable impact.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving orientation.
  • Empathetic communicator who values teamwork transparency and inclusivity.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
