Job Summary

We are recruiting field support for a client:

Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware software and network issues.
Knowledge of operating systems (e.g. Windows macOS Linux) and basic networking principles (TCP/IP VPNs DNS).
Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT support tools.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Analytical thinking to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills to provide clear instructions and updates to non-technical users.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate with various departments.
Customer-first approach ensuring user satisfaction.
Proficiency in English (B1/B2)

Additional Information :

Location: Lagoas Parque - Parking available at the company.
Work schedule: 100% on-site - non-negotiable.
Mon-Fri: 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
