Job Summary

An exciting opportunity for an Analyst has become available within the Financial & Analysis team within the National Finance & Administration department of ALDI Stores based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent full-time position

The FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) team are responsible for budgeting forecasting and analysing financial performance to support strategic decision-making. They provide insights and recommendations that help drive efficiency and profitability.

What does the role look like

  • Promote and drive the implementation of standardised business processes and workflows to enhance efficiency across finance teams.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining financial models and tools to enhance forecasting accuracy streamline data analysis and improve reporting efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Conduct period-end and month-end close activity.
  • Liaise with international finance teams to support with global financial objectives of the business.
  • Provide support in process improvement projects.

Qualifications :

What do we need from you

  • Proven organisational skills attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with proven ability to create advocacy and effect change.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficient in utilising various reporting tools to analyse data - in particular using Excel and PowerQuery.
  • Previous FP&A and commercial analysis experience highly regarded.
  • Degree and CA/CPA qualified desirable (or working towards).
  • Commerce/Accounting/Business or related Degree.

Remuneration

  • Transparent tiered salary range of $139200 - $158800 including Superannuation.
