About the job
As BDPO Manager you will lead and develop the BDPO function ensuring we remain a high-performing forward-thinking this assignment you will.
- Inspire and empower a diverse team of project professionals to deliver excellence and grow in their roles
- Manage a strategic project portfolio ensuring full deliveryon time or fasterwith strong value realization
- Build and nurture stakeholder relationships advising senior leaders and management teams across IKEA Core Business Supply
- Champion talent development recruitment and succession planningensuring BDPO remains a hub for top-tier project management talent
- Strengthen BDPOs role as a competence centre continuously evolving our methods and capabilities
- Represent Core Business Supply in the global Project Management capability network shaping the future of strategic project delivery across Inter IKEA
You will report to Strategic Planning Manager Elin Niklasson and be based in Älmhult Sweden.
