Job Summary
- Support in Lean processes: 5S Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP); Employee Suggestion System (ESS); Flow Oriented Layout (FOL); Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
- Support in improvement of processes to increase employees satisfaction
- Collecting production management data
- Lean training of employees
- Other tasks given by mentor
Qualifications :
- Recent graduate or last year student of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Faculty of Industrial Engineering Faculty of Technical Sciences Faculty of Organizational Sciences etc
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proactive and structured work
- Good organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork
- Fluency in English; additional language would be considered as advantage
- Knowledge of Lean management would be considered as advantage
