Marketing Coordinator
This position provides administrative and operational support to the marketing team. This role ensures smooth workflow across marketing projects assists with day-to-day tasks and performs additional duties as assigned to support the teams objectives.
- Assist marketing managers and executives with daily tasks including scheduling correspondence and follow-ups.
- Coordinate marketing projects and campaigns ensuring timelines and requirements are met.
- Prepare and organize marketing materials presentations and reports as requested.
- Support event planning and execution including logistics and coordination with vendors and internal teams.
- Maintain marketing calendars databases and filing systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in managing social media updates email campaigns and other marketing communications as needed.
- Perform ad hoc tasks and special projects assigned by managers to support business priorities.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure tasks and campaigns progress efficiently.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or related field.
- 12 years of experience in a coordination or administrative support role preferably in marketing.
- Strong organizational multitasking and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and comfortable learning marketing tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented proactive and adaptable to changing tasks and requirements.
