Job Summary
Merchandise Associate (Seasonal)
This position is responsible for maintaining and organizing the storefront by stocking shelves appealingly arranging merchandise and building product displays to create a smooth shopping experience.
- Handles customer concerns and inquiries.
- Attends the cash register as needed.
- Coordinates with team members for smooth operations.
- Providing outstanding customer experiences.
- Receiving new merchandise and stocking shelves on the sales floor.
- Restocking and neatly repacking unsold items onto shelves.
- Preparing merchandise for purchase by entering items into store inventory and applying sales tags.
- Assembling product displays dressing mannequins and arranging merchandise in storefront windows.
- Promoting a positive store culture.
- To ensure that all companys merchandising directives are being adhered to.
- Ensuring that product prices are clearly marked and that items are properly displayed.
Qualifications :
- A high school diploma.
- Previous experience in retail inventory or merchandising preferably in a theme park or waterpark environment.
- Good knowledge in computer use.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Arabic speaker is an added advantage.
- Good standard of numerical skills.
