Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Develop and define manufacturing processes within the APQP framework for new product introduction (NPI) programmes.
- Create routings work instructions and process flows to support production readiness.
- Create PFMEA Control Plans FAIRs and PPAP deliverables.
- Lead PFMEA workshops and validate process capability (Cpk/Ppk).
Qualifications :
You hold a Masters degree in Industrial Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering:
Required Skills
- Proficiency in manufacturing process planning and industrialisation.
- Knowledge of PFMEA and process validation techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Experience
- Prior aerospace manufacturing or assembly experience.
- Hands-on exposure to turbine component industrialisation projects.
Relevant Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Manufacturing or Aerospace Engineering.
- Yellow / Green Belt certification preferred.
- Knowledge of APQP/PPAP methodology.
