Job Summary
- 担当製品 横滑り防止/アンチロックブレーキユニット(ESP/ABS) 電動ブレーキブースター(iBooster) 負圧センサー(DS-x3)
- 工程及び製品品質管理
- 工程変更管理
- 異常品管理
- 海外工場との品質窓口
- 定期検査出荷検査
- Product in charge Hydraulic Unit(ESP/ABS) / Electrical Booster(iBooster/iB) Low pressure sensor(DS-x3)
- Process & product quality management
- Process change management
- Control of nonconforming products
- Quality contact for oversea plants
- Q-test Delivery inspection
Qualifications :
必須条件(Mandatory)
- 日本語ビジネスレベル (N2以上)
- 英語コミュニケーション経験
- 顧客志向の考え方
- 8Dレポートの知識
- 問題解決の経験
- Japanese Business Level Communication Skill
- English Communication experience
- Customer-Oriented Mindset
- Knowledge of 8D report creation
- Problem solving experience
あれば望ましい知識経験Preferred Skills / Experience)
- 品質機能における実務経験
- IATF16949要件の知識 (APQP FMEA PPAP MSA SPC)
- 日本の顧客との技術/品質交渉経験
- Experience in quality-related function
- Knowledge of IATF16949 requirements (APQP FMEA PPAPMSA SPC)
- Experience in technical/quality negotiation with Japanese customer
