What youll do
- Be lightning fast. You like to help the kitchen in super-fast time.
- Grab your rubber gloves because you need to ensure the kitchen is spic and span.
- Make sure that our back of house and the pass is set up correctly and kept tidy at all times.
- Ensure food preparation sites are clean and ready.
- Unload food and equipment deliveries and keep the storage organised.
- Keep the kitchen spotless cleaning cutlery tableware equipment utensils walls ventilation and other anything that needs it on a daily basis.
- Communicate well with others in order to ensure a smooth operation.
- Responsible for the health & safety in your section and maintaining a clean and food safe working area.
- Maintain company guidelines for refuse storage and removal.
- Responsible for the safe opening and closing of the designated culinary area.
- General maintenance of all culinary areas equipment and F&Fs.
