This is a rewarding and person-centred role supporting a gentleman who lives with his wife and values their privacy and quality time together. He enjoys the companionship of his dog and is passionate about football both watching and talking about the sport.
As a Complex Care Assistant you will provide a high level of support tailored to his needs including:
- Personal care and manual handling
- Bowel management using Peristeen
- Meal preparation and household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
- Offering companionship while respecting his need for space and privacy
This role is ideal for someone compassionate respectful and confident in delivering complex care in a home environment.
Qualifications :
What youll need
You dont need any social care experience to apply for this role. Were more interested in your compassion and ability to care. Youll need to be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team. The successful candidate will have a a full UK driving licence with access to a car.
