Overnight Guest Services Attendant

First impressions are everything! Your engaging smile and personality are the essence of a great Overnight Guest Services Attendant with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. As you personally greet our guests and assist them throughout the night you will be empowered to deliver on our mission of turning moments into memories for our guests.

This is a full-time permanent position beginning October 2025.

Starting Rate of Pay: $23.50 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $27.90.

Job Duties Include:

• Meeting and greeting guests helping them with their luggage upon arrival and departure.
• Provide parking options and safely parking any valet vehicles.
• Act as a liaison between the hotel and our guests always responding to guest requests and concerns in a personal prompt and courteous manner.
• Be knowledgeable of all hotel information including; hours of operation promotions menu selection meeting facilities guest room and rate structuring and current availability.

Qualifications :

• A valid Class 5 BC Drivers license with a clean record is required.
• Ability to drive standard is required.
• Previous experience in a Guest Service capacity is an asset.
• Knowledge of Whistler area is an asset.
