Business transformation Architect
Job Description:
The client is looking for resources to successfully implement the Microsoft 365 (M365) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering across the department. The implementation will aim to enhance collaboration improve digital capabilities and ensure seamless integration with existing Defence IT environments. Key deliverables include the establishment of program guidance policies governance service management change management and adoption processes. Additionally the program will centralize communications technical expertise and information dissemination while aligning with other cloud and IT services.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Analysis and development of business success critical success factors for cloud services such as M365;
- Analysis and development of architecture requirements design process development process mapping and training for M365 and related cloud services;
- Responsible for leading other functional staff to define business strategy and processes in support of transformation and change management activities;
- Participate in change impact analysis and change management activities for end users and stakeholders;
- Participate in organizational realignment (job re-design organizational re-structuring) to improve service delivery;
- Coordinate development of training and coordination with other stakeholders;
- Create presentations and present to various stakeholders and facilitate meetings and discussions
Mandatory requirements:
- Must have Secret level clearance
- Must have 10 plus years of experience as a Business Transformation Architect
- Must have 10 years of experience in one (or more) of the following areas:
- GCDocs
- RDIMS
- SharePoint Online
- SharePoint onprem
- M365
- Extensive experience with Email Migration
