Industrial Chemical Cleaning Supervisor

CEDA is currently seeking a Supervisor for our Chemical Cleaning team based out of Bonnyville AB. This position will require frequent travel to our work sites in the Conklin and Bonnyville area.

Candidates must live local to the Bonnyville Alberta area.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor field operations and ongoing projects to ensure job completion in a safe efficient reliable and cost effective manner.
• Supervise to ensure the safe operation of our industrial cleaning equipment
• Complete and submit the required paperwork for projects including service orders job reports and safety a timely manner.
• Collaborate with management on all operational and personnel issues.
• Ensure safety for all team members and property
• Develops and maintains positive customer relations by leading through safe work performance and measurable key performance indicators
• Project a positive corporate image to the industry and internally within CEDA and ensures all activities performed are in accordance with our Mission Statement and Core Business Values.
• Leave the job site in better condition that when we got there. Clean safe and job well done.
• Other duties as assigned

Role Specifications:

• 4 years experience in a leadership capacity is required
• 1-3 years related work experience in Chemical Cleaning is required
• High-level communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum Class 3 licence with no more than 5 demerits in the last 2 years
• Able to provide a negative result on a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
