Job Summary:
Responsible for developing a strategic roadmap for implementing all new clients. Leading the implementation process for all HRIS and Time & Attendance systems and products.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensure all client-provided onboarding data is accurately collected organized and maintained to support a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
- Deliver responsive and knowledgeable assistance to clients experiencing issues or requiring guidance with software and hardware products.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding by ensuring all departments receive necessary client documentation and that relevant data is accurately entered into the HRIS system.
- Connect with clients directly to provide training and support as well as assist with any escalated tickets and issues
- Manages projects related to Prism and related systems and other duties as necessary.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Experience in Prism is required.
- Ability to use Microsoft office software and applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fastpaced environment
- Attention to detail required
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Strong interpersonal skills
Education and Experience:
- High School or equivalency required
- Must have 1-2 years of implementation experience
