• The salary range for the Bilingual Customer Fulfillment Specialist position is between CAD 50000 and CAD 58000 per year depending on experience.

At our facility inVaughanyou can develop your full potential sustainably by applying your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging team as the Customer Fulfillment Specialist:

*This position is based in Vaughan. For the first two months the employee will work in the office four days a week for training. After that a hybrid schedule will apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment cycle including order entry tracking and issue resolution for strategic customers
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts ensuring clear timely and professional communication
• Collaborate with logistics planning and operations teams to resolve issues and maintain on-time delivery performance
• Monitor account performance identify recurring challenges and recommend process improvements
• Handle customer inquiries and escalations in a professional and timely manner
• Prepare and analyze reports related to orders and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Provide courteous professional customer support with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

You too put forward your strengths:

• 35 years of experience in customer service order management logistics or supply chain ideally in a manufacturing or B2B environment
• SAP experience is preferred; strong skills in Excel and data management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
• Ability to manage complex issues independently and make sound decisions under pressure
• Experience handling strategic or high-volume accounts is an asset
• Works collaboratively with internal departments and maintains a positive attitude under pressure
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a high level of accountability and ownership
• Proactive and solution-oriented with a professional and customer-centric mindset
• Thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments; flexible adaptable and able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
