HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your Role:
- Serve as a resource person and problem solver for the nursing staff
- Interpret policies and procedures for nursing and administration
- Provide information and support for family members and patients
- Resolve complaints
- Handle calls and paperwork for patient transfers
- Follows all policies procedures and requirements of TMH
- Sctively support a commitment to the mission and vision of TMH consistently displaying behaviors in harmony with the I CARE values.

- RN/Director Patient Flow
Supervises:
- Float Pool Staff
- Nurse Extern
- Patient Care Assistant
- Sitter
- Licensed Practical Nurse
- Monitor Tech
- Unit Secretary
WHAT YOULL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
- Associates Degree in Nursing
Preferred Education:
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing
Required Experience:
- Two (2) years of RN experience
Preferred Experience:
- Five (5) years as RN
- Two (2) years as supervisor
Required Certification/License/Registry:
- Licensed as a registered nurse (RN) in accordance with Florida Statutes (FS) Title XXXII (Regulation of Professions and Occupations) Chapter 464 (Nursing) Part I (Nurse Practice Act) includes multistate compact licensure
