Job Summary
This role focuses on managing the learning requirements for the employees. The work is divided in 2 main categories:
1. LMS (learning management system) administration this is the clients system where the candidate will have to perform the daily requests received by the client. Communication will be performed via email using our ticketing system so this will require that the candidate has a good level of written English and the ability to manage a high volume of emails each day maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
2. Logistics Interacting with 3rd parties such as venues printing offices couriers to make suret hat the employees have the correct accommodation and training materials. There will also be rare cases where the team members will have to interact with the client directly via a call.
The ideal candidate:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Excellent knowledge of English (B2 upwards);
- Ability to meet deadlines;
- Good analytical skills;
- Positive attitude and solution-oriented thinking;
- Proactive flexible and adaptable;
- Team-oriented.
