At Descartes NetCHB we build smart scalable solutions that streamline operations in healthcare and financial services. As a Full Stack Java Developer in our Gurugram office youll help evolve our Java-based multi-tier web application (Struts EJB) develop new features and support production systems. We are looking for 3 Senior Java Developers. This hybrid role requires in-office presence a couple of days per week.

Key Responsibilities
Design and build new features; enhance existing functionality
Write clean tested Java code to meet business requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Maintain and optimize existing systems
Review code and support quality standards across the team

What Were Looking For
Must-haves:
Bachelors in computer science or equivalent
5 years of Java development experience
Experience with Struts/EJB Linux/Unix Git
Front-end experience with HTML CSS JS (jQuery Dojo)
MySQL proficiency and strong SQL skills
Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Agile
Excellent English communication skills
We value aptitude over experience especially smarts curiosity coachability work ethic track record responsibility and honesty.

Nice-to-haves:
Experience in healthcare fintech or regulated industries
Exposure to microservices cloud platforms or containerization
Familiarity with React/Angular or NoSQL
