Starting pay Machine Operator is $18.00
Schedule 7:00am to 3:30pm (Depending on production needs)

Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility inRochester as the Machine Operator :

Inspect and start up baler to prepare for production.
Complete and submit all inspection forms and immediately report any malfunctions or defects that may cause injury or death or effect production.
Operate baling equipment as required by the various grades of materials to be produced.
Maintain regular contact with Supervisor for production elated information.
Perform routine cleaning of balers and surrounding areas during and at end of shift.
Ensure head and tail pulleys are free of debris that may become wrapped around them.

Minimum six (6) months of experience operating equipment
Baler specific training is a plus
Ability to solve problems (analytical skills)
Must be able to lift push and pull a minimum of 50 pounds
Must be able to stand for long periods
Will be required to bend kneel and climb stairs
Must be able to work in confined spaces
Will be exposed to seasonal weather conditions due to working in a warehouse environment
