We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant with specialized knowledge in payroll. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of payroll processes compliance requirements and the ability to implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Bring functional knowledge & experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- Analyse and provide solutions (workarounds fixes etc.) to user-raised support tickets (Incident Management)
- Assess design and implement user-requested Changes (Change Management)
- Handle other relevant tasks within the scope of SAP support service for the client
- Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors updates and best practices.
Mandatory Skills Description:
- Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant.
- Strong understanding and configuration knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
- Experience with other SuccessFactors modules primarily Employee Central Payroll.
