Job Summary
岗位职责
1. 整合营销支持协助策划并执行线上线下营销活动涵盖运动赛事合作社交媒体平台如微信微博小红书的内容策划与发布提升品牌声量与用户参与度要求对时下热点话题有敏锐的洞察能力和文案撰写能力
2. 市场数据分析收集并分析市场数据营销数据用户反馈及竞品动态为策略优化提供数据支持助力精准营销要求熟悉Excel及PowerPoint的使用逻辑思维能力强
3. 项目管理协助推进市场项目全流程包括进度跟踪资源协调活动执行及效果复盘保障项目高效落地要求沟通协调能力强表达和思维清晰计划性强
任职要求
1. 核心特质 具备敏锐的社交媒体洞察力擅长捕捉热点并灵活应用于营销场景具有较强的文案撰写能力 熟悉Excel及PowerPoint的使用逻辑思维能力强沟通表达清晰团队协作与执行能力突出
2. 加分项熟练掌握视频剪辑图文设计如PS剪映或内容创作技能能独立产出优质营销素材
3. 专业背景医学传媒新闻文学等相关专业优先具备市场营销健康传播知识者更佳
4. 时间要求每周可实习4-5天连续实习3-6个月尽快到岗者优先
