Physician (MD)
Meridian Health Partners is seeking a skilled Physician (MD) to join our team. Delivering care in both post-acute/skilled nursing facilities and residential senior living communities. The ideal candidate will provide primary patient care diagnose illnesses develop treatment plans and coordinate healthcare services.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical exams and obtain medical history
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Promote preventive health measures
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations
Physician Qualifications:
- Texas State Medical Licensure
- Current D.E.A Certification
- Board Certified
- Inpatient/Hospitalist experience welcomed
