Description

As aThird-Party Bill & Collect Program Coordinator you will play a key role in assisting with the oversight and management of our external vendors responsible for servicing DLLs portfolios. This role allows the candidate to work across DLL with Sales Operations Collects and Recovery creating an exciting opportunity to network and learn all phases of leasing. This role caters to a person that enjoys a variety of activities solving problems and supporting partners to create success for both parties.

Day to Day

  • Assist in the development of oversight processes of all Third-Party Servicing Partners who are servicing contracts on behalf of DLL

  • Monitor outstanding accounts and initiate contact with Partners and Customers regarding overdue payments.

  • Schedule and participate in monthly check-in call with Partners and/or team members involved with Third Party Servicing Programs

  • Address any queries or concerns from Partners and/or DLL team members promptly.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Partner interactions and performance.

  • Monitoring incoming payments from Partners and validate posting instructions match our back-office system information.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Partner representatives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Sales Customer Service Finance).

  • Assist in conducting Operational Reviews of Partner operations.

  • Assist in identifying areas for process improvement within the collections and recovery space

  • Track KPIs and SLAs related to account servicing.

  • Monitor any potential risks or compliance breaches and report them promptly.

  • Implement corrective actions when service standards are not met.

  • Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up to ensure compliance.

  • Collaborate with Partner and/or Customer to reconcile accounts and escalate unresolved issues.

  • Support internal teams with administrative needs and project coordination.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.

Essentials

  • Higher education preferred but not required.
  • 5 years of collections/customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Project management experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships across geographic regions with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to situations.
  • Ability to interact comfortably and confidently with Senior Leaders in the industry and within DLL
  • Willingness to travel

Applicable Pay Range

$66515.20 - $99772.80

DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills years of relevant experience you possess and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range especially those with less experience or qualification.

This position is subject to the terms of DLLs compensation plans and policies. Further the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees including healthcare benefits 401k matching vacation sick leave parental leave possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
