Job Title: Press Operator / General Labor
Shifts: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM
Pay: $16/hr
Job Type: Full-Time 90-day Contract-to-hire

Overview:
We are seeking a dependable Press Operator / General Labor team member to join our production team. This role involves operating press equipment performing metal finishing and supporting general labor tasks to ensure high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate press machinery safely and efficiently
Perform metal finishing and grinding on components
Operate a bandsaw for cutting metal parts
Inspect and ensure quality of finished parts
Assist with general labor tasks as needed on the shop floor
Maintain a clean and safe work area

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience with bandsaw grinding and metal finishing
Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
Reliable and dependable
Ability to lift and handle materials as needed
