Singapore IT Business Analysts and Testing team focuses on ensuring business requirements are accurately captured and translated into solutions. The IT Business Analysts would carefully analyze business needs before assessing and suggesting how the technology/systems can be better developed or enhanced to meet business needs. They would also provide required support to business and delivery team from prioritization all the way to implementation. The testing team work together with stakeholders to ensure adequate quality according to agreed scopes adopting best practices.
The position of Head of IT Business Analysts and Testing reports to CIO. He/she provides leaderships and directions to the team in executing all deliveries and initiatives in collaboration with the other HODs (Head of Departments) SLT (Senior Leadership Team) and agile delivery teams. He/she also drives effectiveness increases capabilities and increases profitability of the overall team at the same time serve as the go-to person for all escalations risks and issues that the team encounters.
