Job Summary
We are looking for Intern under Customer Service Operation (CSO) who will be supporting Tetra Pak Technical Service Department which provide services in Processing Packaging Filling and Distribution Solutions & Equipment to our customers in Dairy & Beverage industry. You will be exposed to technical support to our customers by assisting Tetra Pak Service Delivery Engineer (SDE) in their day-to-day tasks in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting services. You will also be able to observe and learn a skill on customer management and negotiation. You may be required to support Tetra Pak Service Delivery Engineer on administrative and documentation works. You may be considered into permanent placement with Tetra Pak as Service Delivery Engineer upon completion of internship subject to available vacancies and meeting with Tetra Paks assessment criteria on both technical and soft skills.
This position will be based inPetaling Jaya Selangor Malaysia. You will report directly toService Delivery Manager.
What you will do
As a CSO Intern you will:
- Assist Tetra Pak SDE on basic maintenance activities such as cleaning lubricating visual inspection and tightening.
- Assist Tetra Pak SDE to ensure clean and proper housekeeping of tools spare parts and workplace throughout the whole maintenance activities.
- Perform spare parts counting and match its quantity and part number with checklist requirements. Visually inspect condition of incoming spare parts and report accordingly to Tetra Pak SDE.
- Assist Tetra Pak SDE on administrative reporting and documentation tasks.
- Ensure compliance to OHS requirements.
We believe you have
- Possess a minimum Diploma in Electrical Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Demonstrate good communication skill.
- Willing to work at random customer sites but only limited within the Klang Valley region.
