Accounts Payable Intern - Your future position
As an Accounts Payable Intern in our Budapest office you will be a part of a multinational and dynamic team of Accounts Payable accountants who are responsible for the EMEA region. You will support the Scanning and Document handling team.
You will directly report to the AP Team Lead.
Main responsibilities:
- Handling incoming invoices in paper and digital format
- Sorting invoices by countries
- Scanning sorted invoices our internal system
- Handling urgent scanning request
- Root cause analisys of recurring errors
- Any other ad hoc tasks
- Co-operate with X-functional teams
You have:
Ongoing studies in a Hungarian university preferanly in Finance or Accounting fields
Fluent Hungarian and English level
Knowledge of MS office & Google tools
- SAP knowledge will be a plus
