Public Sector Account Manager
About the opportunity
Return to Work Victoria (RTWV) as a key component of the corporate strategy will establish a Public Sector relationship management function to build strong relationships with key stakeholders to deliver mutually beneficial recovery and RTWV outcomes for the public sector their employees and the scheme.
The purpose of this role is to provide bespoke account management expertise to public sector employers union and industry stakeholders nominated scheme agents and providers. Working collaboratively to deliver better claim outcomes stronger relationships and business objectives.

About you
You are an account manager / relationship professional with demonstrated knowledge and experience of workers compensation claims management and premium processes. You are passionate about delivering positive outcomes and making a difference. Your specialist knowledge and client centred approach allows to you build and maintain trusted working relationships with your stakeholders.
