As an Extra Board Dealer you are the reliable support specialist covering high-volume shifts often starting in the late evening and making you essential to our operation. For those looking to grow this role is a powerful entry point to advance into full-time positions like Dual Rate Dealer or Floor Lead.

Responsibilities
- Provide prompt courteous and accurate dealing.
- Maintain inspection of decks and gaming equipment to ensure the security of the game.
- Exchange guest currency for gaming chips and ensure the safety of all chips and currency.
- Assist guests in playing and ensure adherence to all established rules policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with six months of directly related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must successfully complete training in CNE Gaming Academy.
- Must have and maintain a valid drivers license.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
- Ability to provide a high standard of guest service.
