GE HealthCares AKA Region Marketing team is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Intern to support the execution of integrated marketing initiatives across ASEAN Korea and ANZ. This internship offers hands-on experience in content development campaign coordination digital marketing and compliance processes within a global healthcare organization.
You will work closely with the AKA Marketing Communications team modality managers and country zone marketing teams to help deliver impactful communications and content that support business growth and customer engagement.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Communications Support

Assist in maintaining and updating core content assets (e.g. brochures presentations videos testimonials).
Support localization and translation efforts across AKA languages to ensure cultural and clinical relevance.
Help ensure brand consistency across all communications materials.

Campaign Coordination

Support the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns for New Product Introductions (NPIs) webinars and events.
Assist in preparing campaign briefs timelines and stakeholder communications.
Help monitor campaign performance and compile post-campaign reports.

Digital & Content Marketing

Contribute to content calendars for digital platforms including website email and social media.
Assist in updating regional websites and campaign landing pages.
Support SEO optimization and content tagging.

Compliance & Administrative Tasks

Help navigate internal workflows for compliance approvals using tools such as Aggregate Spend Tool (AST) Veeva and Agora.
Assist in documentation and reporting to ensure adherence to GE HealthCares Ad & Promo Policy.
Support logistics and coordination for webinars conferences and customer events.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Interest in healthcare digital marketing and content creation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design or marketing tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite CMS) is a plus.

Collaborative and eager to learn in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Fluent in English; additional language skills (Korean Bahasa Thai Vietnamese) are a plus.
