NZRC offers a total remuneration approach of $123975 for this role which comprises of base salary as well as employer contribution to KiwiSaver. About the role Kōrero mō te tūranga
E ngā rau ringatira nau mai haere mai. E kimi ana mātou i tētahi tangata e kaingākau ana ki te ao Māori otirā e whai pūkenga hoki i te mahi Kaupapa Whakahaere.
We are on the lookout for a Programme / Project Manager who has skills and experience in the delivery of Kaupapa Māori or culture-based initiatives to lead the delivery of our Te Ao Māori Programme.
As Kaiwhakahaere Kaupapa youll maintain the momentum of our mahi in relation to our Te Ao Māori Programme and oversee the design and delivery of the initiatives outlined for the 2025/26 financial year.
Our programme contributes to our Strategy 2030 goals so you will play a critical role in
Youll work alongside the Pou Ārahi and our Project Management Office which will provide you with both cultural and project support. Your ability to navigate complexity manage senior stakeholders and bring people together will be key to delivering outcomes that matter.
This role is based in Wellington; however we are open to considering candidates outside of this location. Some travel may be required to support engagement activities and the delivery of programme initiatives.
