NQ - 2 Commercial Real Estate Solicitor - Cambridge with hybrid working
Client
A top UK law firm with an ambitious collaborative culture that drives the business
Role
- Supporting the Partners and team with high-quality work for a wide range of clients
- Working on property investment acquisitions and disposals acting for buyers and sellers
- Acting for landlords and tenants re: grant of new business leases on existing/newly constructed properties
- Due diligence supporting real estate finance and corporate transactions
- General management work including surrenders asset management licences easements and lease renewals
- NQ -2 years PQE in commercial property/real estate
- Experience ofproperty management and development an advantage
- Excellent communication problem-solving and drafting skills
