Principal Accountabilities
- Accountable for shortages and overages
- Assist crew with loading after order is pulled
- Work in Receiving/Shipping/Pre-Price as needed
- Housekeeping on dock and in freezers
- Rotate working on loading dock with crew Members
- Pull all loads in a timely manner
- Communicate with load puller to ensure load discrepancies are at a minimum
- Cargill certified and licensed on PIT equipment
- Positive attitude and team focused
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Good communication skills verbal and written
- Demonstrate basic math skills and be familiar with the use of computers
- Ability to lift 60 lbs to heights of 80 inches throughout each day
- Ability to work flexible hours (come in early or stays late including Saturdays when needed)
- Ability to train and obtain PIT equipment certification
- Dependable and detail oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience operating a Forklift
- Previous warehousing Experience
