1st week Monday 7:00am-3:30pmTuesday 8:00am-4:30pm Wednesday 8:00am-4:30pm

2nd week Sat/Sun 8:00am-4:30 pm Monday 8:00am-4:30pm Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

• Handles large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Identifies customer needs clarifies information researches and provides solutions and/or alternatives.
• Follows communication scripts for various call scenarios alarms and emergency codes.
• Skillfully changes from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure.
• Actively participates in efforts to support customer satisfaction and maintain quality.
• Effectively communicates with patience and understanding. Remains positive and professional in all internal and external interactions.
• Communicates clearly calmly and professionally utilizing overhead paging system to communicate emergencies and general information.
• Informs appropriate resource of any trouble lines reported by personnel.
• Must maintain a working knowledge of hospital switchboard phone system and associated programs.
• Assists with departmental operations during evenings weekends or other designated times as needed.

• High School or GED Equivalent or 1 year related experience/training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Commitment to the daily application of Averas mission vision core values and social principles to serve patients their families and our community.

• Uphold Averas standards of Communication Attitude Responsiveness and Engagement (CARE) with enthusiasm and sincerity.
• Maintain confidentiality.

• Comply with safety principles laws regulations and standards associated with but not limited to CMS The Joint Commission DHHS and OSHA if applicable.
