Contribute to the front of house team
Provide food and beverage service while maintaining food service and preparation areas
Basic food preparation
Drive exceptional customer service to guests

Section Waiter $25.86 25% casual loading

Assisting with operations across our outlets with the focus on the well renowned Garden Restaurant & Tea Rooms
Delivering a positive dining experience for guests
Taking orders efficiently delivering food and drinks to specifications
Solid understanding of allergens and food safety

Kitchenhand $25.86 25% casual loading

Assisting our Chefs with food preparation
Cleaning and washing up the kitchen area and equipment
Maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment
Assisting with restock and stock rotation

Barista $26.71 25% casual loading

Calibrating espresso machine and grinder to optimise quality of product
Ensuring that the machine is maintained at optimal efficiency
Quality preparation and service of beverages including alcoholic beverages
Operation of a coffee bar including open and close

The Person:

Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
Demonstrated previous experience in a similar restaurant environment
Good knowledge of Melbourne food and beverage scene
Excellent communication skills
Well-groomed and professional in appearance with attention to detail
Safely can-do attitude
