Chevron operates through two subsidiaries in the Philippines. Our Downstream company is Chevron Philippines Inc. We also operate a business processes support organization through Chevron Holdings Inc.

There are two Chevron companies operating in the Philippines: Chevron Holdings Incorporated (CHI) and Chevron Philippines Incorporated (CPI).

CHI is a shared services center providing transactional processing and consulting services in the areas of finance and accounting information technology supply chain management human resources downstream customer service and marketing. Established in 1998 CHI serves Chevron affiliates in six continents around the world. Over the years it has grown to be one of the leading members of the shared services industry in the Philippines.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Demand Pricing and Contract Specialist. This role will be based in 6750 Building Makati City Philippines.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Maintains customer list price forms for account management reviews
• Updates and maintains Price Customer Master Forms (PCMF)
• Performs SAP price conditions entry for approved prices
• Handles and resolves price discrepancies
• Reviews accuracy of price updates by account managers.
• Prepares and updates price tier databases and entry into Salesforce
• Creates maintains reconciles and settles customer rebate agreements in SAP
• Manages the Oronite contract process and update the new contract / renewal form as necessary
• Prepares annual screenings for customer and customer contract signee
• Ensures full compliance to Chevron Oronite practices including any SOX testing and internal and external audits

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in business-related courses or equivalent degree
• Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal organizational analytical and problem-solving skills
