Be involved in exciting and original projects
The Project Engineer will report directly to Asia Engineering Manager. The primary responsibilities will be to design systems and hardware in compliance with applicable engineering standards and specifications.
As a Project Engineer you will be responsible for:
Applying knowledge of industry practices and international standards to produce high-quality and cost-effective designs.
Reviewing contract documentation and customer specifications and hardware cabinet design implementation.
Creating equipment specifications and detailed design documentation for machine monitoring protection and conditioning management systems.
Interacting frequently with customers/suppliers supporting customer design reviews. Assuring project execution in accordance with the cost allocations that are budgeted.
Participating in/Leading customer witness testing of systems/designed systems/Cabinet engineering. Understanding of the electrical engineering concepts for designing the electrical cabinet.
Developing/Improving of documentation including specifications customized description documents and ensure that they are stored appropriately as per department procedures.
Creating electrical control cabinet design with all necessary documentation according to industry and customer requirements.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor in Electrical / Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control. Demonstrate knowledge of rotating machinery operation and controls systems.
Have good project engineering management and workflow co-ordination skills. Knowledge of Bently Nevada machinery protection and management systems products and services.
Display familiarity with industrial agency approvals including CSA ATEX & CE.
Show solid analytical/technical writing/organizational skills and ability to prioritize organize work and meet deadlines.
Demonstrate excellent written and spoken communication in English with demonstrated capability to structure and write technical material.
Be a self-starter with minimal supervision requirement be able to work independently.
Be happy to travel to Hangzhou (Local travel for FAT). Overseas FAT location up to 35%.
