Job Summary
Key accountabilities of the role include:
- Lead the delivery of airfield engineering design and construction monitoring including layouts paving ground lighting system utilities and terminal interfaces
- Develop the existing civil and systems team capabilities related to airfield design
- Engage with client teams to raise awareness of Mott MacDonalds aviation capabilities and position us to win upcoming projects
- Provide technical oversight and operational management for aviation projects.
- Engage with your regional and global aviation cohort sharing knowledge and resources to win and deliver work.
- Be responsible as the Project Manager for medium to large-sized projects and significant technical airport planning workstreams.
About you
- To be successful in this role youll need to have the following:
- Substantial experience planning and delivering major aviation capital or change programmes
- A sound understanding of aerodrome regulations airfield operations and navigations systems
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant Civil engineering discipline
- Passion for mentoring other team members to develop the team capability inspiring people as a collaborative effort with a team mentality
- Ability to balance the delivery of exceptional work with a proactive approach to winning work from prospects and existing clients
