We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our APAC team to drive excellence in demand planning and S&OP processes. Reporting to the Operations Director APAC - this role plays a key part in coordinating regional forecasts supporting data-driven decision-making and enhancing forecast accuracy across multiple markets. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong communication skills a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a dynamic matrixed organization. The position will be based at our plant in Suzhou.
Main Responsibilities
Coordinate support and consolidate the monthly rolling 12-month forecast for all IG businesses across Asia Pacific.
Upload the regional rolling forecast into the IBP system.
Lead and facilitate the APAC S&OP Demand Review meetings.
Oversee and standardize regional forecast reporting processes ensuring timely and consistent monthly updates.
Provide analytical support to enhance forecast accuracy and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Support APAC-wide S&OP initiatives and related projects.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain functions including planning procurement and demand analysis.
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong command of English with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and functions.
Strong analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to influence and achieve win-win outcomes.
Proven experience in leading change initiatives within a complex and highly matrixed organization.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Hands-on experience with JDE or other ERP systems.
