Job Summary

POSITION OVERVIEW:

职位概述

Manufacturing engineer will be responsible for continuously improving process productivity and product quality who should be familiar with production tech no logy as well as process documentation.

He or she will mainly focus on manufacturing process standardize working document solve production/quality problem and train operators. The role also participates in RMA evaluation part qualification new model prototyping and engineering change analysis.

Manufacturing engineer works closely with quality engineer and design engineer also provides support to material team and equipment team. Good interpersonal skill and teamwork spirit are essential.

The Manufacturing engineer must be a multifaceted in dividual calling upon a variety of problem-solving skills. He or She must become knowledgeable of the assigned product line of machines in areas of understanding the design documentation design intent of components and assemblies test parameters and customers expectations.

The successful candidate will be responsible (signing authority) for dispositioning discrepant components or machine assembly and testing issues and working with the design engineers for disposition.

Good organization skills are required to maintain prioritization of tasks. The Manufacturing engineer also works with SQE (Supplier Quality Engineers) and QE (Quality Engineers) and is capable of performing those functions as well and can either give assistance or receive assistance to the SQE/QE functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assure production cell and operators to meet EHS requirement.

Evaluate and apply suitable engineering techniques to solve production problems.

Generate automation ideas and participate in the automation projects.

Lead or participate in operation related kaizens.

Create and maintain documentation on existing working process in accordance with quality systems.

Train operators based on WIs provide technical support on RMA analysis and repairing.

Product design change with supporting analysis (PCR).

Root cause analysis of defects in machine/component/parts.

Lead or participate in VAVE projects submit VAVE ideas.

职位要求

Minimum 5 years working experience in mechanical manufacturing company. 至少5年机械制造企业工作经验

Familiar with process and document on product manufacturing. 熟悉产品制造的流程和文件

Good oral and written English level. 良好的英语口语和写作水平

Prefer bachelors degree or above in mechanical engineering or similar. 本科及以上学历机械工程或相关专业
