- Collaborating with colleagues to share best practice and support curriculum development.
- Creating a positive inclusive and well-managed classroom environment.
- Communicating effectively with parents and carers to support childrens learning.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) no ECTs for this post.
- Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 ideally Year 4.
- Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- Commitment to high standards of teaching learning and pupil progress.
