To strengthen our team we are looking for a Innovation Project Manager who will help scout evaluate and support startup collaborations while also assisting in Fluidras internal innovation initiatives. Your responsibilities:

Startup Scouting & Trend Analysis

• Identify startups technologies and emerging trends relevant to Fluidras business.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to detect disruptive opportunities.
• Build and maintain a startup database to track potential collaborations.

Support in Open Innovation & Corporate Venturing

• Assist in the evaluation of startups for potential investment or partnership
  opportunities.
• Support Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and pilot projects with startups and internal
  business units.
• Coordinate meetings with startups VCs accelerators and corporate partners.

Innovation Project Management

• Support internal innovation initiatives and facilitate ideation processes.
• Assist in the Fluidra Innovation Booster program tracking intrapreneurship projects.
• Help organize innovation challenges hackathons and industry events.

Reporting & Communication

• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on startup insights
  ongoing projects and innovation KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing to communicate innovation milestones inside and outside Fluidra.

Requirements

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Innovation Management Business
Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Valuable 1 year in innovation corporate venturing consulting startups or
technology scouting (internships included).
Languages: Fluent in English; Spanish or other languages are a plus.
Tools: Familiarity with innovation platforms CRM tools or research databases is a plus
(e.g. Crunchbase PitchBook)
