About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Working Student (m/f/d) to support our Business Development and Fundraising activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently is flexible and eager to contribute to a dynamic team driving strategic growth and partnerships.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing internal and external events
  • Support administrative tasks such as booking meeting rooms and coordinating meetings
  • Help with budget reviews and compiling financial overviews
  • Review and support the preparation of agreements and contracts
  • Conduct research and basic data analysis to support Business Development and Fundraising initiatives
  • Create presentations and other content for internal and external stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree programme with an expected graduation date no earlier than the end of 2026 ideally in European Studies Innovation Management Business Administration Communication or a related field.
  • Eligible to work as a student in Germany.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive and independent working style
  • Experience in event planning and administrative coordination
  • Good research and analytical skills
  • Ability to review documents with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in creating presentations and written content (e.g. PowerPoint Word)
  • Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
